• The Biamp audio processor will be replaced with the new QSC Processor. Maintain all audio function and program QSYS to perform necessary processing and mixing for both room and video. • All existing equipment located in our podium, and functioning through our current system, should be re-integrated into the new system (TV’s, computer, Elmo document camera, Epson protector, etc.) • Remove all old materials (including equipment that is no longer being used in our control room) and clean up the job site. • All wireless and wired Dais microphones will be maintained. • The Tricaster TC1 will be maintained. • The playback system and all components are to be maintained and not affected by this upgrade. • A comprehensive QSYS program and UCI will be needed with custom screen for the various locations. Final design will be coordinated with owner upon contract award. • Staff training on the equipment is mandatory. • Site visits are mandatory.
