The required services to be provided is maintenance to the swimming pool and fountain at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center but not limited to checking of overall appearance, pool levels, disinfectant residual, vacuum pumps, debris trap, pressure and vacuum gages, rate of flow indicators, filters, storage tanks, and air systems. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the overall maintenance of the pool and fountain is kept to the highest quality to include all necessary materials and equipment for all tasks stated below. The Contractor will be expected to understand the necessary requirement and preventative maintenance activities necessary to keep the pool in good mechanical working order. The Contractor will not only check the water quality but will make adjustments to ensure water quality and pool maintenance is in good order. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the overall maintenance of the pool is kept to the highest quality to include all necessary materials and equipment. Contractor will be expected to understand the necessary requirement and preventative maintenance activities necessary to keep the pool in good mechanical working order.
