1. Waste Collection and Disposal: o Provide exclusive collection and disposal services for non-hazardous solid waste and recyclable materials. o Ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws. o Exclude hazardous, biomedical, or other prohibited waste materials. 2. Equipment and Maintenance: o Furnish and maintain waste collection equipment, including containers and roll-offs. (See Exhibit Equipment List and Location Below) o Ensure the equipment is in good operating condition and perform necessary repairs due to normal wear and tears. o Provide safe, unobstructed access to equipment on scheduled collection days. 3. Payment and Charges: o Submit invoices with detailed charges, including administrative fees, fuel recovery fees, and environmental recovery fees. o Ensure timely payment terms and address late payment fees or insufficient funds fees.
