4.1 Vendor must tear off existing rubber ballast roof from D Building, Storeroom, Maintenance Building, and Walkways between B and C Building, C and D Building, and D and Store Room Buildings. Approximate measurements of roofs are as follows: 4.1.1 B and C Walkway: 1088.21 square feet 4.1.2 C and D Walkway: 954.83 square feet 4.1.3 D Building: 8944.24 square feet 4.1.4 D and Storeroom Walkway: 803.85 square feet 4.1.5 Storeroom: 2545.56 square feet 4.1.6 Maintenance Building: 4317.19 square feet 4.2 Vendor must prep decking to determine the structural integrity on all roofs listed above in 4.1. 4.3 Vendor must replace wood on all roofs listed above in 4.1 where needed if necessary. 4.4 Vendor must install 0.60 Mil thickness Rubber Roofing to all roof planes on all roofs listed above in 4.1. 4.5 Installation must include: 4.5.1 New commercial grade insulation board 4.4-inch ISO. 4.5.2 Approved plates and fasteners 4.5.3 Seam tape. 4.5.4 6-inch cover taper at all penetrations and eaves. 4.5.5 Pipe flashing 4.5.6 HVAC and parapet wall flashings. 4.5.7 New ventilation stacks. 4.5.8 New commercial grade drip edge. 4.5.9 Primer, cleaner, and bonding adhesives. 4.6 Vendor must clean out all gutters on D Building, Storeroom, Maintenance Building, and Walkways between B and C Building, C and D Building, and D and Storeroom Buildings. Vendors must disconnect the bottom of all downspouts to clean out onto ground so as not to clog the drain line underground. Vendors must reconnect all downspouts once clean out is complete and clean up any debris from cleaning out. If downspouts are not properly disconnected and cleaned out and drain line is clogged from the clean out process, Vendor will be responsible for cleaning out, repair, or replacement of drain line. 4.7 Vendor is responsible for all clean up and disposal of construction debris. Vendors must provide their own method of disposal of construction debris.
