To be by Anderson, Milgard, or approved equal. To be dual pane low-E glass Exterior EA 1 At living room, remove existing L to R sliding sash style window. Confirm if new window to have L to R or Top to Bottom function with owner preference. Confirm if window is to have interior styles / dividers. Remove and reinstall any blinds or curtains if required. To be replaced with new Low E Glass Dual Pane Retrofit Window to work with existing opening . Contractor to confirm size prior to order. New installations must be weather tight and receive new clean application of color matching sealant. Contractor to confirm any needs related to preserving or replacing all exterior and/or interior finishes adjacent to or between windows.
