The selected vendors shall be able to install equipment in the current environment of the buildings, which includes the following: a. Have a lift gate on delivery vehicles to unload the equipment as there is no loading dock available for delivery on site. b. Must be able to fit inside standard elevators in both facilities. i. Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center with dimensions (L x W x H) of 102” x 48” x 83” and must not exceed 4,500 lbs. per placard indicated inside the elevator at a given time. ii. Blatt PE Center outside elevator with dimensions of (L x W x H) 67” x 42” (once inside it opens to 75”) x 84” and must not exceed 3,500lbs. per placard indicated inside the elevator at a given time. Note: There is an outside door prior to entering the elevator that measures (W x H) 35” x 85.5” iii. Blatt PE Center inside elevator with dimensions of (L x W x H) 47” x 35” (once inside it opens to 72”) x 84” and must not exceed 2,000 lbs. per placard indicated inside the elevator at a given time. c. Must be able to carry or move up/down flight of stairs when needed or if the elevator becomes unavailable during installation. d. Must be able to transport equipment across a bridge using non-motorized equipment, into the facility doors that measure (W x H) 69” x 83”. 6. The awarded vendor for the current fitness equipment for purchase must be able to extract the equipment from the current location of the Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center and Blatt PE Center. a. Equipment for purchase must show offered price of value for equipment on each item individually b. Equipment may be removed from the list provided if bid price comes back lower than expected c. All above in section 5. must be considered 7. The selected vendors, for strength equipment, shall provide the following standard regarding paint and upholstery colors a. Frames should be matte black or black (PMS: Black/CMYK 0, 0, 0, 100) b. Upholstery should be black (PMS: Black/CMYK 0, 0, 0, 100) or garnet (PMS: 202/CMYK 9,100, 64, 48) or an accent color, approved upon prior to final production c. A sample must be provided before and must be agreed upon prior to final production...
