LES requires three EMI shielded cabinets with 19 inch 4-post server racks. These cabinets will be installed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Here are the requirements: • External dimensions are 29.5” wide, 47.5” deep, and 77” tall. • An internal 19” rack that is 42 RU tall and can accommodate servers. • 4 support channels on each side of the cabinet. • Non-removeable solid side panels. • Front and rear doors that swing to the left. • Both doors will have a key lock system to prevent unauthorized access. • Door gasket material shall be field replaceable. • Two honeycomb air filters at least 0.625” thick. One located on the bottom and one at the top of the cabinet. • Two power line filter bulkheads that can accept 10 gauge wire. One on each side and at the bottom of the cabinet. • 2 (2) Fiber waveguide bulkheads for 20 fiber cables that are 0.23” in diameter. They will be located on the top of the cabinet. • Twelve (12) copper filter bulkheads for CAT-6 network cables. They will be located on the top of the cabinet. • Four (4) leveling pads on the bottom of the cabinet. • The cabinet shielding will meet the NSA 94-106 and IEEE 299 standards. Attach a test report for one of your standard cabinet designs.
