1. Preparation of sealed plans, shop drawings, bid specifications, reports, feasibility studies, constructability analysis, technical responses to the DEP and EPA. 2. Coordinate, facilitate and/or attend project related meetings, such as pre-bid, preconstruction, project progress meetings, Pre-Council and Municipal Council meetings. 3. Preparation of signed and sealed plans and specifications for construction projects varying in complexity, for a portion or an entire project. Services may include preliminary plans and cost estimates, necessary field work, drafting, design, surveying, bid assistance, construction inspection, and project/program management. 4. Preparation of Permit Applications for public water main (including transmission and distribution system) and sanitary/storm sewer construction, respectively. 5. Preparation of Permit Applications for construction or upgrade of drinking water treatment/storage facilities and watershed infrastructure improvements.
