In-Car Camera Systems Requirements (22 Units): • Minimum of 2 high-definition cameras per vehicle (forward and rear-facing) o Front camera must support License Plate Reader (LPR) integration with Vigilant/Motorola Solutions • 1TB SSD or larger DVR with dual storage (secondary drive ≥ 128GB) • 5 years of: o Unlimited Cloud Storage o Applicable licensing o Extended warranty • DVR must support sync with body cameras for simultaneous activation • Must support recording triggers via emergency lights, manual buttons, or collision detection • Wi-Fi & cellular uploading capability • Includes all hardware, software, and accessories • Removal of 9 existing units and installation of 22 new units within 60 miles of 1530 Hwy 90 W, Jennings, LA 70546 Body-Worn Camera Systems Requirements (30 Units): • Transferable between mounting locations • Must sync with in-car systems and support simultaneous recording triggers • Each unit must include: o 2 detachable batteries o Charging/upload desk dock o 5 years of unlimited cloud storage, licensing, and warranty Additional System Features: • Compatibility with existing V300/V700 body and M500 in-car systems • Unlimited cloud storage and all necessary licensing • Minimum of 3 docking stations with at least 8 charging/uploading slots each • Location tracking & livestreaming capability for in-car and body cameras via FirstNet • Support for redacting/transcribing digital evidence (≥ 1TB of storage for 5 years) • Public tip submission portal for texts, videos, photos, and audio All-Inclusive Proposal Must Include: • Training, project management, licensing, cloud services • Installation of new and removal of existing in-car camera systems • Unlimited cloud storage all applicable licensing for existing V300/V700 body cameras (fourteen [14] in total) and existing M500 in-car camera systems (twelve [12] in total) in addition to the systems in this proposal.
