The Work of this Contract generally consists of the furnishing and installation of a 0.75-million-gallon capacity precast, prestressed, wire wound, concrete water storage tank in Wayland, Massachusetts with an internal tank mixing system and associated site work, piping and appurtenances as required by the Contract Drawings and Specifications. All work shall be conducted between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Work shall be Substantially Complete within 300 consecutive calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Final Completion of the Work shall be within 365 consecutive calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding documents will be available, free of charge, on or after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, and may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “26-1004, Reeves Hill Second Water Storage Tank.”
