Contractor must perform all activities according to all requirements of Exhibit E, Scope of Work. Contractor is responsible for the written online exam and in-person skills exam testing of all eligible exam candidates approved to test by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). In addition, Contractor is responsible for exam registration, fee collection, approving and monitoring exam sites, proctoring exams, providing reports to HHSC and Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Programs (NATCEP), and providing exam results to candidates, HHSC, and NATCEPs as indicated in Exhibit E, SOW. All Services set forth in this RFP must be provided by Contractor at no cost to HHSC. The Contractor will be paid solely by collecting the Nurse Aide Examination fees.
