It is the goal of the DPS RCCD to ensure that the livescans supported and maintained by the state meet all security standards to ensure compliance with state and federal policy standards. The contractor will provide livescans with a Windows 11 or newer operating system that also provides for modern authentication. Required Features The livescan solution must be able to submit using Modern Authentication via Microsoft Exchange online. The livescan solution must have the ability to pull table updates from the state’s webservice nightly. The livescan solution must comply with the most current FBI EBTS (currently v11.2), WIN EBTS (currently 4.1.0) and Nevada State Specifications (currently 1.0.10 & 1.0.6). The livescans must be able to update as the EBTS and specifications are updated. The livescan solution must have the capability to receive acknowledgement and error messages from the state’s Store & Forward and display them for the users. Upon receiving error messages, the livescan should allow the user to make the necessary corrections and resubmit the fingerprints. The livescan solution must be listed on the FBI Certified Products List. The livescan solution must have the option of a ruggedized cabinet to house the computer. The livescan solution must include mugshot and palm print capabilities. Each livescan must include a printer for printing 8x8 standard fingerprint cards. The printer must also meet the FBI Appendix F certification requirements. The device must have the ability to be upgraded to capture and submit iris scans for future capabilities.
