TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1. PUMP DRIVE: The hydraulic pump shall be a variable displacement piston pump with flow compensation and load-sensing. Ref: Sauer Danfoss Model 45, ER-L-100B-LS-18-24-NNN-3-K5NP-A1N-AAA-NNN-NNN or equivalent with prior engineering approval. The pump shall have a minimum displacement of 6.1 cubic inches per revolution. The pumps pressure compensator shall be set at 2600 psi. The pump shall be rated for 5000 PSI maximum and 4000 PSI continuous. The pump shall be counterclockwise (CCW) rotation, side ports, SAE code 61 port minimum, SAE pilot and SAE flange standard mounting type with keyed shaft. 2. HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVES: All hydraulic functionalities shall be accomplished with an integrated manifold / cartridge valve assembly, or of modular manifold design. There shall be a main system relief to protect the system from high pressure in case the pump compensator fails.
