Contractor’s services shall include but not be limited to: A. Delivery of bridge. B. Unloading to staging area. (See Exhibit 3, Delivery Map) C. Provision of plans/drawings suitable for permitting purposes. D. Provision of maintenance manual/guide which will detail proper maintenance of bridge in accordance with warranty requirements. Contractor shall meet the following technical specifications: A. Length of span = 54’ between footers/abutments. B. Width/interior clearance between railings must be a minimum of 6’. C. Loading: Bridge should be capable of supporting use by UTVs/side by sides up to 2,500 lbs. D. Bridge decking, railing and trussing hardware etc. should be highly U.V. and salt corrosion resistant. The location will be exposed to full Florida sun and is located in a marine context with highly corrosive salt air ever present. E. Materials and hardware should consist of aluminum, recycled plastic, stainless steel, UV resistant Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) etc. No steel or untreated wood may be used in construction. F.
