The program will occur during the 2025-2026 school year and should provide the following scope of services: ● A structured program consisting of two keynote presentations tailored to different student groups, followed by a multi-month initiative (e.g., October through April) focused on areas such as mental health, anti-bullying, character development, and fostering a positive school culture. ● A keynote to staff centered around building a positive mindset and developing relationships with students. Educators are not only responsible for teaching academic content — but are also critical in shaping the character of the next generation. Cultivating virtues such as integrity, compassion, perseverance, and respect can positively impact school culture and help students grow into thoughtful, ethical, and resilient individuals. ● Presenter(s) will meet with student groups at least once a month, which may occur during or after school hours. ● The program will include the objectives of instilling in our students a sense of pride in their school and community. ● The program will emphasize the importance of a positive school culture and climate that will encourage students to have strong attendance and achieve to their fullest potential academically. ● The program will also include content related to substance use awareness and promoting healthy decision-making. ● The program will be led by the primary facilitator, supported by guest speakers, and implemented in collaboration with designated school staff members who will act as liaisons. ● All components of the program will be conducted in person.
