1. Provide inspection and preventive maintenance services on a biannual basis and corrective maintenance services on an “on call”, as needed, basis. 2. Check-in via phone call to the Contract Manager or Contract Manager’s designee upon arriving at the service location. 3. Perform visual inspection of forklift including checking for cracks in the forklift structural elements and overall wear or damage. 4. Inspect the forklift for leaks (fuel, hydraulic oil, engine oil or radiator coolant). 5. Inspect the fuel cylinder, pressure relief valve, fuel hoses and connectors, tank restraint brackets, and tank for dents, cracks and leaks. 6. Inspect engine hoses and drive belts. 7. Change belts and adjust belt tension, as needed. 8. Inspect tire condition and tire pressure. Add air, as needed. 9. Inspect fluid levels and top off or change, as needed. 10. Clean or change filters, as needed.
