Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Clemson University has a need for a comprehensive facilities intelligence system for planning, benchmarking, and analysis to other comparable higher education institutions. We require a resource that can identify strategic opportunities to better align Facilities’ capital investments with Clemson Elevate’s mission. Sightlines proprietary Return on Physical Assets (ROPA) process utilizes a common vocabulary and creates a shared vision among Clemson Peer Organizations for the management of facilities. The ROPA process is the only model that shows the interrelationship among space optimization, building performance & conditions, prioritizing capital investments, and benchmarking analysis with the specific Clemson peer group. No other supplier has access to the historical-comparative data available from the Sightlines member database. Therefore, this is a sole source procurement.
