The City of Tybee Island is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the manufacturing and installation of a cohesive, island-wide wayfinding signage system. The project aims to enhance visitor and resident navigation, improve traffic flow, and reflect the unique character and charm of Tybee Island. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The selected vendor will be responsible for: 1. Manufacturing • Fabrication of approximately 24 signs based on provided design files • Use of durable, weather-resistant, coastal-grade materials • Adherence to branding, font, color, and logo specifications • Compliance with ADA standards and MUTCD guidelines where applicable 2. Installation • On-site installation of all signage at approved locations across Tybee Island • Coordination with City staff for final placement and site access • Safe excavation, anchoring, and restoration of any disturbed areas • Removal and proper disposal of old signage as directed
