• The live view cameras must have capability to manually and automatically pan, tilt, and zoom into areas of interest • The live view cameras must have capability of live and recorded video with remote pan, tilt and zoom controls • Cameras must contain hardwire-powered and/or solar-powered capabilities • Cameras must have the option of cellular connectivity • Cameras must have the option to hold thirty (30) days or more of storage data • The cameras must have capability of automatic pedestrian and vehicle detection • Cameras must have the capability of alerting and distinguishing the presence of people by group size • Cameras must have the ability to integrate with Axon/Evidence.com • The platform for the cameras must have a full integration with Steuben County Sheriff’s Office current License Plate Readers (Axon Fleet 3 and Flock Safety) to include searching, alerting and ability to search by specific vehicle characteristics such as color, make and unique features • The camera platform must have the ability to attach media and contain messaging capabilities on License Plate Reader alerts • Camera platform must have unlimited licenses for use • Camera platform must not have a cap / max limit on video feeds • The camera platform must not have a cap / max limit on data points • Camera platform must have the capability to define a specific area where a vehicle could be alerted on a License Plate Reader camera system • Each LPR camera must be capable of capturing 2 lanes of traffic • Estimated purchase quantities are Sixty-three (63) LPRs and Twelve (12) Live View cameras
