The Village/Town of Mount Kisco (hereinafter referred to as “The Owner”) is looking for a SCADA vendor to perform maintenance and repairs on their existing SCADA system. The main SCADA platform resides at the Water Treatment Plant located at 500 Byram Lake Road, Mount Kisco, New York 10549. There are several remote water pump stations, water tanks, wells, sewer pump stations, and administrative offices that are part of and connected to the SCADA system through cellular connections, radios, and a VPN. The Owner here-within requests proposals for the maintenance and repairs described in the attached specifications by interested persons (hereinafter known as “The Vendor”). The successful vendor will provide technical services to repair and maintain the SCADA system for the facilities, including hardware, Software and instrumentation.
