This list is not exhaustive, and additional printed materials may be requested. Departments may also require Graphic Design Services associated with a print job on an as-needed basis. To maximize competition, vendors are not required to have in-house design teams; outsourcing of graphic design services is acceptable. With its proposal, vendors shall provide a description of: 1) Printing Capabilities 2) Graphic Design Services (in-house or outsourced) 3) Mailing Services (if applicable)
