The Work includes renovation of the Auditorium and Gymnasium, power upgrades to the existing electrical service along with installation of a new generator, and HVAC upgrades. The Auditorium scope includes abatement of ACM flooring and gypsum ceilings followed by a new RTU (replacement), lighting, ceilings, flooring, seating, theatrical A/V and lighting, theatrical rigging, and finish improvements to the stage surround. The Gymnasium scope includes two new replacement AHUs and ductwork, painting of walls and exposed roof decking and joists, refinishing of the wood floor, and new motorized bleachers. The power upgrades scope of work includes a new 1500KW generator, new 4000A service and switchgear (in a new location separate from the existing main electrical room), new electrical panels and feeders for the new HVAC equipment, and new lighting in approximately half of the corridors.
