The work consists of a retrofit of the building automation system (BAS) and replacement of EF-3, AC-3 and AC-10 units at the Corporation Yard for the City of Burlingame. The BAS manufacturer shall be consistent between the Community Center, Corporation Yard, and shall have an open architecture and allow for integration with third-party mechanical and electrical building subsystems. New control sequences shall optimize system performance, occupant satisfaction, and energy efficiency. A new trend server shall be installed at the Corporation Yard and all trends for the Community Center and Corporation Yard shall be stored on this server. Re-use of existing wiring is acceptable if it will have no negative impact on system performance or longevity.
