Specifications include, but are not limited to: Core System Requirements 1. Video storage capacity for a minimum of 30 days, with an option to export footage to a local storage medium to support extended investigations. 2. User authentication should be restricted to approved individuals, with integration preferred with Microsoft 365 credentials and enforced through multifactor authentication (MFA). 3. User access should be granular, limiting each user’s visibility to only their assigned cameras, and enabling administrative control over who can export video footage. 4. The system must support real-time alerts for camera malfunctions, including obstruction, disconnection, or network failure. 5. Given the dynamic nature of program needs, camera placements should be flexible, with the capacity to relocate or add additional units as required. 6. The vendor may be asked to provide ongoing support for system modifications or expansions.
