The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms interested in providing program and project management and oversight (PMO) consulting services in connection with developing and implementing RTA’s Capital Investment Program (CIP). The scope of the PMO extends to all support services for the CIP implementation including, but not limited to, grant application development, funding and financial feasibility analysis, project planning and preliminary development, independent project cost estimates, project environmental clearance, federal compliance and project oversight, construction management oversight, and CIP program administration support and reporting.
