The District is soliciting proposals from firms to perform Integrated Project Delivery services to construct a new District prototype facility of approximately 130,000SF, which will also include administration, food service, dining, guidance, educational spaces, support spaces, etc. The Contractor shall be a cohesive partner with the District and the District’s selected Architect as well as their engineers and special consultants to perform pre-construction activities, scheduling, cost control, constructability determinations and recommendations, bidding and negotiation of subcontractor and supplier contracts, project and subcontractor management, and other services. Contractor selected shall make every good effort to develop a relationship based on mutual trust and cooperation to further the public good. The District shall endeavor to promote harmony and a spirit of cooperation between the District, Architect, the Contractor and other persons or entities employed by the District for the Project.
