GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF FUNDING The County of Cumberland has been duly designated under the authority of N.J.S.A. 30:1A-1, 30:1-11, and 30:1-20 to administer or supervise the administration of social service and training programs and has, in turn, designated the County to be directly responsible for the funding, implementation and administration of certain social service and training programs, including the program(s) covered by this contract. The County desires that the Provider Agency provide services and the Provider Agency has agreed to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions as described and proposed herein. The source of this funding is from the Juvenile Justice Commission (JJC) Family Court (FC) and State Community Partnership (SCP) grant. Proposals must be designed to serve youth and juvenile residents of Cumberland County that are involved with the Family Court System and/or to prevent juvenile residents from becoming involved with the Family Court System.
