The work includes renovations to the Elementary School (ES), Middle School / High School (MS/HS), the former Lyons Community Center, a +/- 45,000 SF addition to the MS/HS building - including an enclosed pedestrian bridge over Manhattan Street, and all associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Site/Civil work. Separate sealed bids will be received by Lyons Central School District at 10 Clyde Road, Lyons, New York 14489, until 3p.m. local time on Tuesday 9/23/2025 at the Middle/High School (MS/HS) Auditorium. Directly following that deadline, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is received at the designated location prior to the designated time for opening bids.
