Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment as described in the Contract Documents necessary to convert an existing 6-foot diameter, 17-foot depth wet pit/dry pit lift station to a submersible pumping station. Work includes, but is not limited to, installing new submersible pumps and appurtenances within the existing wet well; installing a new concrete slab with watertight hatch for above grade discharge piping & valve array; elevating the existing wet well top slab; demolishing the existing building; constructing a new concrete electrical & generator platform; and installing new generator and new pump station electrical & controls with weather- protected enclosure.
