These tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: • Drill test borehole within project location and test the borehole using TC methodology in 2025 as weather and ground conditions permit. Contractor must have appropriate drill bit type for anticipated geological ground per the hydrogeological report in Attachment A. • Complete launch of a StoryMap detailing the project and explaining geothermal and thermal energy networks; this will be regularly updated with project progress • Host two (2) public work sessions • Present at two (2) VCA Resident Committee meetings • Present at (4) Town Council meetings • Discuss project progress at three (3) Sneffels Energy Board meetings • Publish at least five (5) newspaper articles, blog posts, at least (5) social media posts, and attend at least two radio shows to discuss the project • Final report on site conditions completed by January 9, 2026. • Final report detailing potential business models by February 19, 2026. • Formal memo from Town Attorney on legal requirements and assessment of business models; to include summary of stakeholder discussions and agreement(s) by April 7, 2026. • Final decision on project implementation and chosen ATL Option for implementation in the Town Hall Subarea by May 14, 2026. Formal approval or directive to proceed by Town Council in public meeting.
