The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a multiple-term indefinite quantity contract through competitive negotiations with qualified source(s) to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Construction to Loudoun County School Board operating as Loudoun County Public Schools (hereinafter “LCPS”). The work includes a collection of tasks and related specifications that have pre-established unit prices. JOCs are to be used for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure and buildings by means of individual task orders issued under the JOCs and related to discrete, identified projects. JOCs will generally be used to accomplish small to medium-sized projects with a typical task order value within the range of $1,000.00 to $950,000.00. The typical work is anticipated to include, but not be limited to, projects such as general construction, maintenance, renovations and replacement, etc. The maximum value of any individual task order shall not exceed $1,000,000.00.
