Services to be provided to the Town of Oyster Bay are to include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Audit the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) of the Town of Oyster Bay for the year ended December 31, 2025. 2. Audits will be a Single Audit to be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America; the standards for financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996; and the provisions of OMB Circular A-133. 3. Audit the financial statements of the Town Clerk for the year ended December 31, 2025. 4. Audit the financial statements of the Receiver of Taxes for the year ended September 30, 2025. Estimated maximum cost: School Tax Levy (10/01/2024 – 05/31/2025); General Tax Levy (01/01/2025 – 08/31/2025); (PER FISCAL YEAR); 5. Audit the schedule of State Transportation Assistance Expended for the Town of Oyster Bay for the year ended December 31, 2025.
