Mandatory TPM TSP Core Services: 1) Develop and deliver learning capacity development resources; 2) establish and maintain the TPM Information Clearinghouse; and 3) support knowledge transfer among member departments. Participation in AASHTO TPM TSP core services is required in order to access the optional services.; Optional Task #5: Probe Data Analytics (PDA Suite) with embedded real-time data - Access via the Probe Data Analytics Tool Suite for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026; access through PDA to INRIX probe data in real time and archived, in INRIX XD and TMC data formats. Unlimited user accounts and usage for DOT and partnering agency/MPO/Consultant/University staffs are provided.; Optional Tasks 8A, 8B: Customization & Enhancements - Task 8A: Load, process, and integrate 36 months of historic XD data. Task 8B: Provide access to available APIs for live integration of data into 3rd party applications (e.g., for the West Virginia's ATMS platform for travel times on DMS), including the Corridor Travel Times API. Licenses are included for multi-use / shared use for any project and all partners of the West Virginia (consultants, MPOs, and universities working on projects for the West Virginia). Also includes access to INRIX's Corridor Travel Times APІ.
