The Contractor will provide lawn maintenance and related services. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to professionally complete the service are to be supplied by the contractor. All equipment used in this service must meet the manufacturer’s safety requirements and be properly installed and functional. All equipment must be operated in a safe manner. The Contractor must be able to show that they have adequate staff and equipment to perform services for sites under contract. The Contractor is required to meet with the Residential Manager, Program Administrator, or designee prior to each lawn care season. Spring clean-up is to be completed by May 15th of each year. Lawn Care Maintenance services (section II. B.) are to be provided approximately mid-April through October for each year of the contract, with fall clean-up to be provided by the end of November (after most leaves have fallen).
