The awarded Proposer shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, and support necessary to provide comprehensive archiving of social media as detailed below: Must connect directly with social media platforms to provide comprehensive, accurate and reliable social media archiving and maintain compliance with state and federal public records laws. • Automatic collection and storage of all available social media content and metadata for all supported social networks Storage of archived social media content to comply with Florida Public Records laws, including live, deleted, hidden and modified content. • Unlimited accounts. • Archive unlimited records/month. • Risk management analytics and alerts for user policy violations (keywords, questions, personally identifiable information, inappropriate images/language). Get alerts and track blocked users across platforms. • Use web snapshots, capture, and preserve all the content we post and engage with, including deleted, edited, and hidden posts and comments for compliance. • Replay records in original context and ensure authenticity with digital signatures, timestamps, and unmodified metadata. • Easily search/find records, add notes, or export content in required format with advanced search, annotations, filtering, and export features. • Comply with records management requirements and Florida’s public records laws, facilitate responding to FOIA, eDiscovery, and litigation requests. • Easily build cases to gather and export selected social media records. • Must be able to provide all archived content to the County at the end of the contract.
