The CM Consultant shall provide the construction management services to: 1. Erect the building above the existing CSO retention tank constructed under the CP-2 Contract. Influent/drain channel personnel access; 2. Install support of excavations, piles and foundations; 3. Access opening covers within the building; 4. Construct New Regulator R-24, Replacement of Outfall RH-038, Modification of Regulator RH-034, and connection to the existing Influent Channel constructed under the CP-2 contract; 5. Install chambers for combined sewage and stormwater Conveyance structures along Nevins Street; 6. Install retaining walls. Concrete fill and benching within the influent channel, screening channel, tank cells and other concrete below grade structures constructed under the CP-2 contract; 7. Remediate and reuse/dispose of contaminated excavated soil, and dewatering water associated with the conveyance construction; 8. Grade and construct landscaping work on top of tank; 9. Convert existing Regulator R-25 to a flow through chamber and replacement of former RH-033 CSO outfall with new combined sewer conveyance; 10. Convert existing Regulator R-24 to a flow through chamber, construction of a new Regulator R-24 and replacement of portions of the existing CSO Outfall RH-038 in Degraw Street; 11. Modify Regulators R-23 and R-22 in Sackett and President Streets; 12. Maintain combined and stormwater flow during construction; 13. Protect and relocate of existing utilities; 14.
