Provide Construction Inspection and Documentation services for project that involves reconstruction and rehabilitation of SR 0322 and SR 3010, including reconstruction of an existing 4 lane (2 in each direction) principal arterial roadway, eastbound and west bound, consisting of excavation, bituminous pavement, drainage system improvements, guide rail, concrete barrier, wetland mitigation, ITS work, signing, pavement markings. Also, one (1) culvert extension, new construction of five (5) precast concrete sound barriers, five (5) precast modular retaining walls, replacement of one (1) dual two-span prestressed concrete PA Bulb-Tee Bridge, new construction of one (1) DMS locations and other miscellaneous construction.
