The New York State Canal Corporation (“Canals” or “NYSCC”), a subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "the Authority”) invites qualified bidders to submit a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and perform all operations required for Q25-7685LK Canals Statewide Earthwork Construction project throughout the barge canal system (Erie, Oswego, Champlain, and Cayuga-Seneca). This work will include but will not be limited to the following: rehabilitation of earthen embankments, canal culverts, trailways, upland disposal sites, terminal walls, lock chamber walls and other similar structures. Specific scopes of work will be defined during contract award to the qualified bidder(s) which will include all plans, permits, and specifications necessary to release the contract for construction in a design-bid-build delivery model
