1. Remove and Relocate Existing Flag Poles: Remove existing flag poles. Relocate flag poles approximately 150’ to the west along 100 E. Relocation includes footing foundations for 3 flag poles, pouring a concrete pad approximately 20’ x 10’, installation of flag poles, and landscaping the flagpole area. 2. Demolition of Existing Surfaces: Remove and dispose of all existing asphalt, sidewalks, concrete center barrier, and trees (excluding trees along 100N). 3. New Asphalt Parking Lot: 4” HMA parking lot including signing and striping, installation of 4 ADA-compliant stalls (two in the center, one on the east and west side), and 3 entrances. 4. Parking Lot Walkway: Install a pedestrian walkway the same width as the entrance doors and extending from the ramp in front of the entrance doors to the sidewalk at 100N. 5. Remove and Replace Sidewalk: Removal and disposal of sidewalk along the front of the building. Install a 4” concrete sidewalk with curb and gutter, install a wide ADA-compatible ramp in front of the building entrance, and install 2 ADA ramps on the west and east corners. 6. Remove Existing Breezeway: Remove and dispose of walls, doors, roof, windows, flooring, and water feature. 7. New Breezeway: Reconstruct breezeway including glass walls, double automatic doors, pitched roof, decorative pillars, flooring, and air curtain door system. 8. Interior Entrance Removal: Removal and disposal of the reception desk, stairs, flooring, and railing. 9. Reconstruct Entranceway: Reconstruction of the entranceway includes a landing area, 8’ x 20’ ADA ramp, and stairs extending from the landing area to the lobby, flooring, railings, slipresistant rubber stair coverings, paint, and fixtures.
