A. Vehicle(s) must conform to all specifications referenced in this IFB and in the Official Bid Price Sheet. B. Vehicle(s) must be new and must be in standard production by the manufacturer at the time of delivery. C. Vehicle(s) must be an established model known for delivering strong, reliable performance over time. D. Vehicle(s) must contain all standard features normally included by the manufacturer of the year, make, and model of the vehicle(s) at no extra cost. E. Features that come standard from the factory must not be deleted or charged as additional options. F. Vehicle(s) must be clean with all unnecessary tags, stickers, and papers removed. G. Vehicle(s) must not contain dealer advertisement or insignia. H. Vehicle(s) must meet all of the following minimum specifications prior to delivery: 1. Be furnished with all interiors, exterior trim and appointments listed by the manufacturer in printed specifications and literature as standard equipment. 2. Include all standard vehicle manuals and literature. 3. Be equipped with all safety equipment required by the State of Arkansas and applicable Federal Regulations. 4. Be completely serviced, cleaned, and thoroughly inspected by the Contractor prior to delivery to the ordering entity. 5. Be completely lubricated. 6. Have at least five (5) gallons of fuel. 7. Crankcase must be filled with oil to the manufacturer’s specifications. 8. Engine must be adjusted to manufacturers’ standard operating conditions. 9. Tires must be inflated to manufacturer’s standard tire pressure. 10. All mechanical features must be in perfect operation. 11. Front end must be aligned. 12. Wheels must be balanced. 13. Window price sticker must be affixed. 14. License plate holders must be installed on the front and rear. I. Prospective Contractors shall not sell the State electric vehicles or electric vehicle components manufactured using forced labor.
