Improvements include pavement rehabilitation, pavement widening, construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, cross gutters, raised medians, and retaining walls, installation of pedestrian rail, concrete barrier rail, guardrail impact attenuators, fences, miscellaneous drainage improvements, sidewalk under drains, drop inlets, streetlights and fiber optic conduits, and streetlight and fiber optic pull boxes. Existing striping will be removed and replaced. New streetlights will be installed with light emitting diodes (LED) fixtures and existing street light luminaries will be replaced with LED fixtures. Ground mounted and overhead sign panels will be removed and replaced along with other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete and serviceable project within the right-of-way.
