All planned preventative inspection and maintenance service work under this Contract shall be performed during regular working hours (7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. prevailing time) Monday thru Friday, Holidays excluded. The Contractor shall use factory-trained service technicians directly employed and supervised by the Contractor. The Contract will cover all County installations as listed herein for inspection and preventative maintenance service. If service technicians leave the contractor and are replaced, a new CONTRACTOR DATA SHEET must be submitted for each new employee servicing this contract. The Contractor shall inspect, adjust and lubricate all necessary components to assure proper and safe operation of listed overhead doors and shutters. Covered components shall include but are not limited to the following: a) Door motor operators and controls. b) Fire damper fusible links. c) Door components shall include springs, rollers, bearings, chains, and door sections. d) Door/Shutter components including shafts, chains, sprockets, clutches, solenoid brakes, drive mechanisms and overall operation. Replacement parts and components must be replaced with original manufacturer’s (“OEM”) parts or equipment unless the County grants permission otherwise. The County will pay time and material at bid-rates.
