This program should be a digital loyalty and engagement system across three designated locations at Coastal Carolina University, enabling customer rewards, marketing automation, and data-driven insights. • Customer Engagement license should include: - A company branded application with annual licenses for Web, Iphone and Android - Customer rewards and redemption features - Bonus incentives (e.g., social media engagement) - Dashboard reporting and analytics - Customer segmentation tools - 4 or more registers per location - Monthly marketing automation engine with a minimum of 15000 emails per location and 1500 SMS per location - Multi-tier loyalty program support - Integration with eCommerce platforms (up to 1,000 orders/month) - Open API access (up to 300,000 callbacks/month) • Coastal Carolina is seeking the following Marketing and Engagement features: • Support for up to four registers per location • Interactive engagement tools: - Digital raffles or similar - Spin-to-win promotions or similar - Product-based rewards • Survey and satisfaction kiosk functionality • Referral program capabilities • Support and training: On time setup and implementation session Ongoing support via email, chat, and phone • The platform must have: - Data privacy regulations - Anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM) - Do Not Call Registry compliance • Pricing should be quoted as: Annual license (3 locations and online platform) Option to add additional locations and registers in the future Additional purchases such as monthly emails, or text messages One-time setup fee
