The required services to be provided are maintenance and repair of the existing fencing and installation of additional fencing as needed. 1. Contractor will repair existing fencing. 2. Contractor replace existing fencing, if needed, with new fencing to specifications or match existing as directed by the facility Point of Contact (POC). 3. Contractor install fencing as directed by the facility POC. 4. Fencing must be secured at the top, bottom, and every 24" between the top and bottom of the fence. Support posts must be 24" below ground and cemented in place. The fencing is comprised of: • 5’, 6’, and 8’ chain link fencing. • 3’, and 4’ chain link swing gates. • 20’ and 30’ chain link rolling gates. • Chamberlain Elite gate operators and remotes
