Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) non-destructive evaluation (NDE), for the Eaglecrest Ski Area’s aerial chair lifts. Testing will include both mechanical and ultrasonic testing and conform to ANSI B77.1-2022. Contractor will perform testing services per industry standards for all equipment listed below: Hooter Chair Lift – Riblet Double Chair – 3,027 feet length – 612 vertical feet – 99 chair. Head Stems, Bails and Clips. Tower thickness and integrity on 16 towers. UT tower bolts on same 16 towers. Ptarmigan Chair Lift – Riblet Double Chair – 4691 linear feet – 1392 vertical feet – 125 chair. Head, Stems, Bails and Clips. Tower thickness and integrity on 18 towers. UT tower bolts on same 18 towers. Porcupine Chair Lift - Hall Double Chair – 746 line length – 110 feet vertical 40 chair. Head, Stems, Bails and Grips. [SK1] Tower thickness and integrity on 7 towers. UT tower bolts on same 7 towers.
