The project consists of handling of existing wastewater flows and bypass pumping, rehabilitation of existing wet well with corrosion resistant epoxy lining, modifications to existing wet well and valve vault structures, removal of existing single-phase duplex submersible pumps and associated hardware, servicing existing submersible Pump No. 1 for long term storage, furnish and install new three-phase duplex submersible cutter pumps and associated hardware, installation of new submersible level transducer and digital controller with emergency back-up high level alarm float, install Mission alarm notification system, removal and replacement of existing control panel with a new control panel, installation of VFD to convert single-phase input power to three-phase, installation of new underground electrical conduits, removal and proper disposal of existing fence and installation of new fence, removal and proper disposal of existing liquid propane generator and fuel storage tank, installation of a new liquid propane generator and fuel storage tank, removal and proper disposal of existing 4-inch PVC force main and installation of new 6-inch PVC force main, installation of new water service and yard hydrant, paving of pump station site and driveway, environmental controls, loaming and seeding, landscaping, dewatering as necessary, and all other items required to provide a completed operational sewer pump station as shown and specified in the Matheson Drive Sewer Pump Station and Force Main Improvements contract documents, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work.
