Professional environmental contracting services may include but are not limited to the following: • Provide cost estimates for various projects (primarily lead, asbestos and microbial) o Some projects may include put-back by the environmental contractor and will be determined on an individual project basis o Individual projects may change on the type of materials being used or the method being used, in these cases the contractor would be expecting to provide cost estimates to complete the project • Project Meetings o The contactor will be expected to attend any kick off meetings, in progress project meetings or project completion meetings associated with the project • Asbestos Abatement o Exposed exterior subsurface asbestos piping (trench would be completed by a general contractor) o Interior building abatement, limited to full abatement for demolition • Lead o Providing Lead Safe Work Practices for work disturbing areas of lead containing paint o Lead Abatement for work in areas of lead-based paint • Indoor Air Quality Related Remediation o Microbial remediation
