The NYS Canal Corporation, Section 5 Lysander is seeking quotes for asphalt repair and sealing or resurfacing of the parking area and roadway, totaling approximately 150000 sf. There are three areas that shall be milled and/or removed and patched. Please provide a separate quote for each option listed below: Option 1: Saw cut and repair the areas in Exhibit A (mill minimum 4 inches, or remove entire depth of asphalt) with hot mix asphalt item DOT 404.198901 19.0 F9, Binder Course Asphalt, 80 Series Compaction. Utilize tack coat prior to hot asphalt placement Brush clean entire lot, power blow o loose debris, edge areas where lot abuts grass, hot crack fill cracks that are ¼” minimum size. Seal coat entire surface in accordance with DOT Item 410.20400001 (Seal Coating Asphalt Surfaces) Option 2: Saw cut and repair the areas in Exhibit A (mill minimum 4 inches, or remove entire depth of asphalt) with hot mix asphalt item DOT 404.198901 19.0 F9, Binder Course Asphalt, 80 Series Compaction.
