It is the SCC’s objective that its exclusive electrical Contractor shall provide all SCC clients with professional installation, operation and removal of electrical, air, water, drain, and natural gas services for exhibits, displays, meeting rooms, and registration as may be required. Such service delivery shall at all times reflect the customer service standards of the SCC. Permanently installed utilities such as electrical wall outlets, lighting fixtures, water fountains, kitchen utilities, restroom facilities, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and sinks are not included, but in an emergency, the Contractor may be called on to aid in-house staff in providing for those capabilities. As an adjunct to these temporary utility services, the Contractor shall operate the SCC’s exhibitor services order desk, which provides event exhibitors with consolidated ordering for catering, utilities, telecommunications and A/V from the designated service providers.
