The City’s Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes (LHR/HH) programs shall identify residential properties for lead hazard control and healthy homes remediation; test for and identify lead-based paint and other environmental hazards in the interior and exterior of the residence; establish access to the residence for the Contractor; relocate residents as needed; test and clear residences/job sites; and issue payment for completed work in a reasonable period upon approval of Contractor-submitted invoices. The Contractor shall perform all other required services, including but not limited to, the remediation of lead-based paint and other environmental hazards; providing security for the job site until the project is cleared by the City; managing and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste; cleaning and clearing the residence/job sites of debris; complying with all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements; and utilizing industry best practices, with a concentration on worker, resident and neighborhood safety
